About Steven Shen

Steven Shen is best known for writing this bio.

He’s currently working on his novella, Chérie—featuring an Airbnb on Russian Hill, a visual artist’s endless search for inspiration, and the bittersweet feeling of realizing something too late.

He’d like you to think it’s all fiction. But considering he memorizes San Francisco’s geography better than his own neighborhood in Shanghai, and sketches random cities he’s never lived in—some truths (a lot) might have slipped through.

Outside the two hours a week he spends on his novella, you can find him spending hours on graphic softwares and working on digital art and comic strips. He studies advertising at Boston University, and interned at W Magazine.
